Meet the Team

Chelsea has been a dedicated clinical support professional in the trauma and general surgery office since 2023. In her role, she specializes in patient intake, ensuring each individual is welcomed, informed, and prepared for their care. She takes pride in creating a smooth and supportive experience for patients during what can often be a stressful time. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, and being out in nature, where she can recharge and stay grounded.

Janice Errichetto is a medical assistant who has been working with Dr. Kryskow for the past four years. She is passionate about helping others and strives to make a positive impact every single day for her patients. Outside of her work, Janice enjoys spending quality time with her family and being outdoors together.

Helen has been a valued Customer Service Representative with the practice for the past three years. She genuinely cares for every patient who comes through the door and works diligently with insurance companies to secure authorizations when needed. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and animals.

Gerard Langlois, PAC, FCCM, began his health care journey as an EMT in 1983. Upon graduating from PA school in 1988, he furthered his education by completing postgraduate surgical training at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. He spent 27 years caring for thoracic and trauma surgical patients in the Bronx, at the Detroit Medical Center, and then at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 2015, he joined the staff at Berkshire Medical Center. His current clinical responsibilities include the care of surgical ICU patients as well as responding to trauma activations. Gerard’s clinical interests include the care of patients with complex chest physiology as well as educating the next generation of health care providers. He is an active member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine, and routinely precepts PA students from Boston University, Westfield State University, and Springfield College.
